The store is in a convenient, quiet spot, and the display of all the products is very well done making selection very simple. I know what sort of seed I usually feed to the birds so did not need any help with selection. I also know that I can rely on Wild Birds Unlimited to have an array of lovely cards so tend to purchase birthday cards at the store.

Always a pleasure to shop in store, staff is friendly, helpful, and well informed.

I did not shop in the store, as I live and work from my home office on Bowen Island. I have visited the North Vancouver store before, but this was several years ago. It was my husband, Peter Williamson, who visited the store and took out membership in my name. My husband, who is disabled, tells me that staff were very helpful to him, personally, in navigating the store and in responding to his queries about how to select relevant seed for our variety of bird feeders. I am very pleased to learn - which I don't think we knew before this survey - that pre-ordering and curbside delivery is available, as this will greatly assist my husband on future visits to the store. Friendly knowledgeable staff and the store has a cozy atmosphere.

The young man who served me carried my bag of birdseed to the checkout and then out to the car. I appreciated this because I have some difficulty in walking. He was friendly but not overbearing.

The products and the staff are very good,I always enjoy my visit to this store.
