Always had a good experience in the store. Very reliable and knowledgeable staff. Love the diverse merchandise in the store in addition to the bird food.

The bird food is always high quality, so I'm always happy with it. But more importantly on this particular visit, my brother and I wanted to learn more about scopes and binoculars. The attendant who helped us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She took the time to show us what was available in-store, set several scopes up for us to look through, and explained other options available on-line. She didn't rush us, and explained about the promotion pricing you have on the scopes just at the moment. (She did a much better job than the camera departments and camera stores that are supposed to specialize in such things.) We were both very impressed and very grateful.

Friendly staff , helpful staff. I did get the last 2 bags (10lb s) of peanuts. Big bags are not in yet. There was a run on the store. I guess I didn't hear the news about a peanut shortage as others did..lol Great staff once again, Denice and Phobe

I like the store. It is well organized and attractive. Staff are great.

The staff are very knowledgeable about each and every item they have in their store. I like the fact that CKWX ll30 advertises this store in North Vancouver and another one in Vancouver (I think). My car radio is always tuned to that station - and when I haven't been to the store for awhile - it reminds me to drop by to see what is new in their store. I like to browse around and take my time - and the staff are not pushy in trying to sell items. I like that. Keep up the great service.
