The North Van staff person spent considerable time showing me binoculars and teaching me how to focus them correctly. The next day she called to say that she had found the lens covers and that she would mail them to me. Fantastic customer service on all counts.

Great friendly assistance in repairing my old birdfeeders, which saved me a lot of money and keeps old feeders out of the landfill. Help in identifying a bird I had seen in my garden.
