The staff is always friendly and attentive. There is always stock available. The heavy bag of bird seed is always carried to the car by one of the staff.

Been shopping here for over 10 yrs...great selection and friendly staff. The birds love what I buy from your store because its usually all gone in a week and I need to replenish the feeders.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Since I order your products over the phone, it’s great that the products arrive in a couple of days. The shipping fees are quite high and would like to see those fees reduced if possible. Over all, I am satisfied with the products and service. Thank you.

I was trying to remember the sunflower seeds I get. The staff asked if I wanted to look up what I got last time to save me trying to figure it out.

The staff are always very helpful and cheerful. It is easy to find what I am looking for and if I can't find it the staff are always right there.

I found what I wanted Staff were friendly and even offered coffee I was in and out quickly as I was on my way to an appointment
