The hours and the parking make it easy to shop At your store. But the strongest factor, outside of the products, is your staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and personalable. They also genuinely care about well being of birds and sharing their knowledge

We have been regular customers for many years. Your stuff have always been friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My husband is now in early stages of dementia, but still enjoys. Going to buy the bird food and your wonderful staff are patient And helpful in every way. It is always a pleasure to visit your store.

Excellent customer service and follow up when out of stock and added name to wait list! Also the atmosphere in the shop is great-happy friendly and extremely knowledgeable

The store is beautiful and a delight to look around. Lots of lovely unique merchandise for gifts or my own pleasure. The staff were most helpful and courteous and even helped me to my car with the heavy slippery birdseed. They looked up my account to see what I had purchased so I could repeat the purchase. Altogether a really nice experience. And seeing the birds at their feeders outside was a delight!! Thankyou all!!
