You honoured an expired coupon. You also informed me I had another $10 off which I was unaware off. I was in and out very quickly and the staff are very knowledgeable. I wanted to know about the avian flu and if it effected song birds. My questions were answered.

I could easily find what I was looking for and the clerk who served me was quick and efficient. She was friendly and knew that it was time to renew my membership at the store.
