The salesperson greeted me at the door, she was very pleasant and helpful. I had a couple of questions which she answered easily.

I was greeted by a lovely staff member who assisted me to find the right item .

Had what I wanted, and was delivered to Kelowna. Was actually in the store last week and found the staff very helpful and friendly.

I was able to purchase some unique Christmas gifts. My partner does most of the shopping for the bird feed, etc.

My order was all ready to go when I came by to pick it up. I drive down from Squamish so it's nice to know its organized ahead of time.

Friendly staff. Lots of product. Birds in the garden outside. A happy place.

Staff was very helpful in the merchandise, and always kind and courteous . I always Order by telephone for my items to be shipped, and they do a wonderful job of sending it promptly. My only wish is that the shipping wasn’t so expensive. Other than that, everything is great!
