The store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff are friendly and very informative about birds and the products they sell. There are lots of great items besides bird food - unique gifts and other cool things.

Friendly staff

Very happy with the store, the products and assistance. Not so happy with the on-line ordering. Needs to be more straight forward. I rarely get into the store (because of mobility problems) so do most of my ordering on-line. I've been a regular customer for many years and will continue to be.

I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited for several years. It is a very interesting store, and I look forward to going there. The staff persons are friendly and knowledgeable, they are available to help with information about products, and they bring heavy items to our car. There are many interesting products to browse, along with a great selection of food items. Upon occasion some of the suet cakes weren't available, but that is a rare occurrence. I wouldn't shop for birds anywhere else!
