The staff are always friendly and have great advice. Plus I am one of the part-time employees so I know how hard we work at keeping our customers happy and satisfied with their purchases.

I had the good fortune of being helped by the owner. He made a great recommendation to me about a different kind of seed for our situation, and explained the benefits, etc. very clearly. I felt that I learned some new things through the exchange, and was very happy with the experience.

Great staff. I really enjoyed the big screen behind the checkout with the live streaming of the hummingbird feeder in California.

I know the quality of the product I buy because our birds and garden appreciate it. Cheaper seed choices are that, but more problematic with the mess they make.

Staff were knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. Products were nicely displayed and easy to find. Birdseed, nuts etc. were fully stocked. They even asked if we’d like help to bring the seed bags to our car, which was greatly appreciated.

I have been going to this store for many years, when under different owner and management. Very little has changed, I note that some of the early staff are still around. The original friendliness, courtesy and service still exists. I intend to drop in tomorrow for a new feeder. Will see you then, Noel Murphy.
