Always a pleasure going to the store and dealing with the staff

I am always pleased when I shop at Wild Birds, even if the product I want isn't available at the time. The store is attractive when I walk in, and the displays are compelling. I usually shop for seeds and suet, but there are many items that are nice for my yard and garden.............and gifts. Some times I get a gift for myself! The salespeople are usually very knowledgeable about my questions or concerns. If an item I want is not in the store, I am told when it will be there or, in rare cases, that it is no longer available. I am a very satisfied customer, and I like to visit the store at times just to browse around.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Know me by name. Well versed with products in store. When product temporarily unavailable They put me on a wait list and always call to let me know when it’s available. Great ideas for solutions regarding happy, safe backyard wildlife enjoyment. They are interested and caring.
