I am always impressed with the knowledge and helpful nature of all the staff members. I purchased some Mason Bee cocoons and had lots of questions, all of which were answered in great detail - I really appreciate it!

I’ve been shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited for at least 15yrs. I prefer going into shop because the store always has new things to check out and the store is so pretty. The staff are all knowledgeable and super friendly. Even have helped me to my car with heavy bags of bird food. My birds have given me so through Covid. Unfortunately I just moved into an apartment and was so excited to get a massive ground floor garden. Half the building are birders but someone complained and we all have to remove any kind of bird feeder😭💔 I’m fighting for my hummingbird feeders though. So I won’t be going into one of my favourite stores much anymore. Just wanted to say thank you for the most consistently great service I’ve had ❣️

good place, good quality, attractive store -- but haven't I already received one of these surveys and filled it out? this happens with this kind of survey and it is very irritating and makes one suspect the store/company doesn't keep good records.

I have been shopping here for many years and have no complaints. I have also shopped on-line but prefer the personal experience. I'm also very impressed with the fact that bird feeders which have been damaged, can be fixed at the store. Saving me a lot of money. I think this is excellent service.
