I love coming to your store ! Staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And I love that they will bring your purchases to your car.

Your staff are amazing, it feels like "coming home" when you walk in the shop. The overall feel is so friendly and welcoming.

I have for years always had very good service here, the staff is very friendly, and I have gotten what I have wanted. When previously in this survey I said I had a problem, it was just a supply issue - no medium chips - but that is NOT the fault of the store!! I was just trying to be honest!

I was purchasing a hummingbird feeder. The staff offered to help me but I wanted one like one that I had already purchased. When I got to the checkout I mentioned I had dropped my other one and broke a part. The cashier told me to bring it back and if they could replace the part they they would. When I got home I realized that I had a mini feeder. The next day I returned to the store and returned it. They did not have the larger one that I wanted so I got a refund. They also replaced the broken part of the one I had dropped. All in all I find going to that store is a pleasant experience. The store is bright, organized, lots of choices (even in the gift department) with a friendly/ knowledgeably staff.

The staff is always happy and helpful. The stock is always available (except for one time when the store was just getting stock delivered and I had to come back. Absolutely no problem though!) The girls always carry the bags out to the car for me. (It must be my white hair!) I would not go any other shop for my bird supplies!

I live out of Town, in Whistler. I only go to the North Vancouver Store for my bird seed. My squirrels, StellerJays (Robbers) and Chickadees always thank me. Thankyou Roy Brown
