It is always a pleasure going into your store. We are the couple with the 91 year man with Alzheimer’s that you get a chair so he can sit. You are so friendly and your products are very enticing. It’s an excursion to visit your store not just a shop. My husband loves seeing all the colours and I enjoy the shopping before I but the med sunflower seed for our birds. Thank you so so much.

WBU is my go-to store for the wild birds I feed. Yes, sometimes the prices are higher, but the quality of the bird food is top notch AND guaranteed. Prior to my last visit, I came in with a broken feeder, and, not only was the part replaced, but the staff put the whole feeder back together for me, along with some tips to remember for next cleaning time! I love the warmth and helpfulness of each employee, and enjoy coming, even "just to browse". Another thing: the music is soothing and with bird sounds--the best kind that encourages me to stay and shop!

The staff have been very helpful in directing me to products that attract birds and don't create a lot of mess. They also provided me with some advice on how to set up a nest box that I think may be working!

I have shopped at Wild Birds North Vancouver for decades and won't go anywhere else for bird products and beautiful gifts. All my Christmas shopping was done at Wild Birds. I also love Morag (and Pippa). Morag has been there always and is a knowledgeable lovely person
