I do t give anyone the highest rating. However not a comment on the efficiency of the staff. Very happy with the store and the employees.

The first time I came they were out of stock. I returned the next day and was able to get what I needed.

New person did not know where to look

I was very satisfied with my visit to the store.

I was totally satisfied but I can't imagine what would make my visit exceptional.

There was a problem fulfilling my order and it took longer than I expected to fulfill the order even though I arrived with a printed receipt showing the order was paid.

The price of seeds has skyrocketed exponentially over the last few years.

Nothing is perfect but you are close

The staff were great - one of the items I was looking for (a hummingbird feeder) was out of stock, and I got a really vague/noncommittal answer about when it would be back in stock. In addition, the items I purchased (including a hummingbird heater specifically) were surprisingly expensive.... $50 for a little plastic cone with a lightbulb in it? I understand you're a small local store and I'm happy to support that - but not to be taken advantage of.
