Just very expensive Paid $80 -$90 for 150 bee tubes. Outrageous price

I very rarely answer highly satisfied. If I must give an answer, they did not have an in-store cat to pet any more!

I didn't go (or go into the store), my husband picked up after I ordered online. Although I love the bird food as do the birds, I do find it on the expensive side! However, I will continue to purchase from you as I feel it is the best "quality" out there!

On line discounts do not work. I have membership but when I try to buy online, the membership discounts never (cannot be) applied. So I never order anything online and sometimes have to miss out on sales

Wished there was instruction sheet as to how to assemble the bird feeder.

Service, friendliness and knowledge of the staff was exceptional. Price we paid for our seed cylinders was about 15% more than the website price offered by the Vancouver store, without the savings club discount. Hence not “fully satisfied”. Be great if all WBU stores in roughly the same area sold the same products for the same price.

Always room to do better. Most staff are very knowledgeable. One person is very nice but lacking in bird knowledge.
