Scarcity of 20lb seed bags.I know it's not your fault.

No one's fault about supply chain issues - I was just thinking to buy another feeder but they were out. I didn't even mention it as it was no big deal and I'll buy it when it's in stock

the store was suffering an internet outage so were only able to accept cash. I don't normally carry cash but happened to have some so was able to purchase some of the items I wanted. Thankfully one of the staff members alerted us to the issue before we got to the counter. But we weren't able to make a complete purchase. It wasn't the staff's fault.

I usually get the medium chips but you had none in stock. It wasn’t clear when they would be available I was assured that the small chips would still be eaten so I bought a 20lb bag as I live far away. Turns out the small chips look like ground full shell oil sunflower seeds as there is a lot of extraneous shell bits among the small bits of seed. That is disappointing.

I have had a $10 coupon to use on purchases but it seems a problem to reverse the sale and start again to use the coupon. So I was told to use it next time, I have been dragging that paper receipt around for ages, would it be possible to put the coupon on my information as a member ?

The item I looked for was not in stock and they could not provide a date it would arrive. Staff were helpful and I think the covid supply problems were behind the lack of product.

I have been a regular customer for many years, and I purchase the same items each time - 2 - 20 pound roasted peanuts, and 3 - 20 pound No Mess plus.. The price has been close to the same for a few years at about $270 with one $10 Bird Buck, and the 5 bags last for me for only about 3 weeks. A few weeks ago the price launched up for the exact same purchase to $354 after 2 bird bucks! So, without any bird bucks, it was $280, and now is $374 for the same order! And that is after 15% off! A price increase of $94! I will now be searching for another supplier, or seriously thinking about stopping feeding the birds which I have been doing for decades. Not the fault of your crew, who are nice people.

I am finding that many small items that are with the bird feeders and stations are now being charged for. I understand that there should be a cost but the little items like the bumper ends for the removable arms in the bird stands used to be free and now they want $2.50 each. Each arm requires 2 so now a piece of plastic no bigger than ones small finger tip will now cost $5.00+ This is gouging.

I purchase , only, coarse sunflower seeds. Several times they were not available. The medium seeds are so messy. What I need for my birds is a feeder that I can hang over my balcony rail like a planter but cannot use planter as it is too deep to fill with seeds. On the deck there is no room for a pole apparatus on the deck..

I bought a diy woodpecker house. The pieces needed to be altered to fit into place. Thankfully my husband had a good saw to fix it. I think we received a duplicate piece . Overall it turned out nice .
