A very consistent experience each time I shop at the North Vancouver store. Always has stock, I’m a seed buyer mostly!, and I am greeted every time. Store is clean and well laid out, staff is friendly and always helpful. I enjoy my time there!

Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful staff!! Good selection. Decent value. This survey is annoying as the options for rating are in the exact opposite of ALL ALL ALL other surveys I do. This may result in less than excellent ratings for what is an EXCELLENT store. This HEAD OFFICE needs to fix this survey, so it doesn't take SO MUCH valuable time and cause errors. The STORE, on the other hand, is wonderful, staffed by awesome staff that you're lucky to have!!

I love the variety and selection in the North Van store. I never have a problem finding the products that I need, and the store is attractive and clean. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave happy when shopping there!
