I brought in a “banged up” WBU bird feeder that was the victim of a bear attack! There were tooth holes in the plastic tube and the top lid metal was bent. I thought it was hopeless! NOT SO! Lexi came to the rescue and explained my options. I opted for her suggestion to replace the tube and wire hanging. Came in the next day and it looks amazing considering a bear hauled it into the woods! A HUGE thank you to Lexi! Also got to love on Lady Bug!

The folks working in this store have always been friendly and helpful with all my needs and concerns. Products are made well and last, except for the food, that doesn’t last long at all. Great store and great service too

Our local bird store is not well stocked so we decided to drive @45 minutes to this Irds Unlimited Store. The inventory was excellent, the staff was quite knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to try a finch feeder and specialty food to see if we could lure finches. We have never had any luck in the past but we saw a finch on a tree branch and kept our eye on it. It finally came to our feeder. When we hung the new finch feeder the finches immediately started feeding on it. We were thrilled.

Love this store and the staff and am typically there at least twice weekly! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would be interested to know if there is a delivery option, as stated on the first question in the survey.
