I went in looking for an extra arm to add to my feeder stand. The employee showed me what was available and answered my questions. This helped me pick one that has worked well for me.

Mark the owner spent considerable time discussing the tall aluminum stand to keep the bears away from the bird feeders. We also enjoyed watching the birds come to the window feeder.

I like the help when I go in to choose products. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoy discussing birds with them. Most people I know go there so it is hard to find people to recommend.
