I shop here regularly and know what I want. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

My birds love their food. It is high quality.

The clerk provided service and updated my membership, which I'd not thought was needed but was. Very helpful and courteous.

I went to because I needed help with a previous purchase (gift card lost). They were extremely helpful and will resolve the issue for me. It is one of the reasons I will continue going to “my bird food store”.

We were helped with finding the best squirrel proof feeder and also a new feeder for our daughter’s deck.

The store employee was putting out a fresh shipment of the birdseed I wanted. I told the employee that I wanted 2 bags of the No-Mess birdseed and he immediately pulled them off the stack, set them down, checked me out and told me I had $10 off next visit. Then he carried the seed to my car without being asked. We also chatted about the Backyard Bird Count. Very nice young man!
