Just back from a trip and had a lot of crises happening recently. Had the woman works on Wednesday and Saturdays the first time I visited the store and was amazed how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful she was. Wasn't ready to buy at that time as I wanted to evaulate my balcony situation. When I returned last Wednesday she was out because she was in an accident. I hope it wasn't serious. Her sub was pleasant and agreed to credit her for the sale. I will return this Saturday to buy hanging rods and hope she is there and well. Thank you, Jane A. Helms.
