I came in to buy seed after traveling an hour from my home in Brevard. I was already sad that I did not have a coupon to use and learned that there would be a sale in a few days on my product. I had decided I needed to not buy the seed and make the long trip again, but the salesman kindly offered to honor the sales price for me. This kind of service is part of the reason I am a loyal customer.

This was my first visit to one of your stores. In fact, I did not even know it was a chain! I am so glad that you have stores everywhere, because it is such a wonderful place. I could have stayed for hours. I have been meaning to drop in before now, but I went today because I needed some advice about feeding my hummingbirds. I was actually quite upset because I have been successfully feeding them since last year without incident and then yesterday I had an ant invasion. Kelli was so helpful in suggesting some items to resolve the issue. The store is amazing. I was really excited about everything and Kelli (sales associate) made the experience so great. I can't wait to go back and I plan on joining the daily savings club as well. I don't normally feel compelled to fill out surveys often, but just wanted to share that the visit made my day and I am so glad that a store like this even exists. Thank you!
