Finding the merchandise and checking out is very efficient; and the staff has been great, especially when a feeder was damaged by a bear and they repaired it for a very small charitable donation.

The two staff women who assisted me were extremely pleasant, knowledgable, helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I also LOVED that little Cat living in the store. The entire experience was great and the store has a wonderful, calm feeling in there. I also like the merchandise selection and higher quality of materials.
