After many months of frustration fighting off the squirrels, I was told to buy the feeder system from WBU to include the squirrel baffle. I received the order the very next day (couldn't believe it!), put it together (extremely easy), and voilà...no more squirrels! I'm getting a kick out of watching them try and try to figure out how to navigate the baffle or jump a long distance from a tree to the feeders. And the 4-prong "feet" on the shepherd's hook keeps the pole straight and steady. Thank you WBU for the fast turnaround on shipping and a super quality product. I'll definitely come visit the store in person next time as I'm sure there are many other products I'll find that I didn't know I needed!
