Had a great shopping experience from the time we entered the store. Our staff employee’s name was, Martha. She was very helpful with showing us the merchandise that would best suit my bird hobbyists needs! Gave great advice, and also introduced me to the WBU MEMBERSHIP CLUB. She was polite and told me she hoped I had would have a great experience in what I had purchased!

Steven in S.Asheville was excellent. Cute store. Love that you foster cats and find them homes. Great product quality.

Martha helped us with picking out the product we wanted and gave us information on a future bird feeder. She is very knowledgeable.

Had what I wanted, staff carried to car, and most important, helping animals find homes. The current cat from the Asheville Humane Society was a real winner. Wish I could adopt him, but I already have 3 cats. I'm always delighted that you are helping animals find homes. So important in my book!

FEDEX placed the order boxes at the bottom of our driveway, in spite of our request that they bring parcels to the top and leave at our breezeway door. We have a deer fence gate but they were told to open the gate, which is easy to do. Now, one package was relatively easy to bring up our steep drive, but the one with two bags of bird seed was too heavy and I had to break the box open and take the bags up one at a time. Assuming FEDEX will NOT follow instructions via their web site, it would be better if you used one box for each bag of seed. Not a big deal, but at age 84 I no longer try to lift 40 lb boxes!
