Martha was FABULOUS! I called the day before to verify that our Savings Club membership had expired, and she suggested that I come in the store and renew. That way I would get a FREE bag of mealworms. So glad I did that! We've had a Pine Warbler at our tray feeder the last two days = Mealworm meal!! (And that's a NEW life-list bird for me!!)

The order and pick up service is smooth and timely. I asked for some advice about a possible extra purchase and was given accurate and honest advice. Thank you!

I always enjoy going into shop and talking to Martha. I'm new to this area, and Martha can answer my questions about the types of birds in WNC and what seed to use. I also love the card selection. I still hand write notes to my elderly church friends in Michigan, and love picking out different cards with birds and critters on them.

I enjoyed everything about the visit.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy to order and order was ready for pickup when I arrived. GPS took me to the back door, but that wasn't a problem. I do wish the Sunfire Chips weren't so expensive.
