The lady was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She was very helpful in locating the items. She was very kind and patient with my lack of knowledge and made sure I left knowing exactly what I needed to know.

We like WBU and before the Virus we came by the store in Asheville. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The problem with delivery this time (yesterday) was with FedEx. The 60 lbs of seed was left at the bottom of our steep driveway, in two large boxes. We have told FedEx to open our deer fence gate and bring our package(s) up to our breezeway door. They did that initially but the last three times they have left the package(s) at the gate. This is a complaint about FedEx, not WBU.
