I can't give much detail because my husband came in instead of myself. However, he spoke highly of his experience and I loved what he bought for me. We love Wild Birds and plan to continue shopping there.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Staff was knowledgable of product. Staff was accommodating.

I knew which product I wanted, so was in and out in just a few minutes. I have previously taken advantage of curbside pickup, but on this day the store was open and I ran inside. I appreciate your efforts to keep a safe atmosphere while providing a good shopping experience.

I came in not knowing what I wanted and left with what will probably suit my needs. I was given options I didn’t know about and so far is working for me.

Great customer service. I ordered and paid over the phone. I called when I arrived and my bird seed was placed in the trunk of my car. It was all contact free. Both employees were polite and efficient. I’ll be back!

I can get items there that I can’t get anywhere else. I love the bark butter and WBU is the only place I can find it. The staff is always friendly too!
