The person with whom I spoke was very helpful, knew the store's stock and alerted me to the member's discount program. What I asked for was listed online and was in stock. Super service in light of the current conditions.

I love shopping with Wild Birds Unlimited. Their food and treats are clearly high-quality, and the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cares for wildlife.

It saves not having to pay postage if I order from a catalog.

The experience is always excellent. The staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. The products are loved by birds & squirrels, providing me and my neighbors much entertainment.

I had to replace a pole section for bird feeding system. This is the second time the pole has been toppled by a bear recently. Hedi made a suggestion for pole system with a wide base. It is something I might have to consider, just not ready to move it out of my current location now. She also recommended the firey feast seed. Recently purchased seed so wondering if I could mix the two and still be effective as a deterrent to mammals. If that won't work will have to move my feeders in at night. Heidi was extremely helpful on phone with my order. Then when I arrived at store, she brought my purchase to me...but first, she helped me decide which of the "hot seed" I wanted by bringing it to car for me.
