I wanted a bird feeder, and heard from a friend to get hot pepper seeds to deter bears from the bird feeder. (We have a bear problem in our neighborhood.) I knew nothing else about what I needed to get. Martha, the sales associate, was WONDERFUL! She thoroughly explained the pole system, the best feeder to keep out squirrels, and which seed. My husband and I are now enjoying watching the birds from our breakfast nook window. I so appreciated the time that Martha took to explain everything and how it worked. She is amazing!! And I can't wait to go back to get my hummingbird feeders!
