Love this store. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

The purpose for my visit was not to shop. I took our grandson to see the Live Owl (and Hawk) exhibit. The questions just did not apply to this particular visit. It was a very pleasant, very well attended (crowded) event and I have no complaints about it.

They were having an educational experience featuring rehabbed Owls. It was wonderful.

The staff patiently explained the particulars of feeding birds in WNC. She gave us the time we needed to think about what she was informing us about before we made our purchase. It wasn't until after we left that I realized we kept her past closing time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
