Wild Birds Unlimited

I am here at least once a week for something. WBU is not convenient to my home but I would not shop anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and I get all the help I need and good deals too. I love the coupons and rewards WBU offers.

As always at this store; excellent customer service, helpful employee, offered to take the merchandise to the car, and checked my account to see what variety of a product I had bought previously (I forgot).

This is my home WBU so I am there regularly. I like the staff because they answer questions and have good knowledge of bird species. I also enjoy the events they host and attend all I can.

I was greeted immediately, offered assistance and wasn’t hurried.

As usual, staff knowledgeable. Love the pole systems. Freshest see around and my birds won’t eat any other brand of safflower.

This is my go-to store for my birding needs. There are several important to me reasons for this. Even though I know I can get similar quality products through other sources cheaper, I keep returning because of the people. They are interested in my situation and multiple feeding station. They are very knowledgeable which is something other sources do not have and above all they are friendly and always greet me with a smile. Today Leslie greeted me by name and the always present smile. She is a great example of customer relationship and is an example of the reason I keep I shopping WBU and writing this review
