So nice to be remembered. The birds love the food - and I love watching them eat it! I'm new with the birds and I can't think of a better place to shop than a place with help who knows what the birds love to eat.

Leslie greeted me warmly as soon as I walked through the door. She came around the register as soon as I seemed to not be quite sure of my goals. Then Leslie helped me in my decision by educating me on the different birdseeds and their target birds and showed me on the signs the supporting graphics on the signs. It was a very pleasant experience for me. I have been coming to WBU for over 5 years and have always felt well served. It's a wonderful experience every time because of the friendly people who work there.

The products are top notch and everything I came for was in stock. Also, the sales person assisted me in replacing a missing part on my tube feeder. The tray I bought for the bottom lost the screw which attached it when a squirrel leaped in it. I am very grateful for this kind of help and it is one of the reasons I always recommend WBU to people who invest in birdfeeding.

The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The store is super clean and easy to find items. The only reason I said satisfied with the availability of the merchandise is they were low on seed products and were awaiting a delivery at any moment. Plus we had had very cold weather so many bird lovers had been preparing for the storms and stocking up to feed the birds. We had an item that got damaged because of wind and they got us a replacement free of charge delivered to our home. Love visiting the store...we are regulars!!! Plus they foster adorable cats that need inside homes so I can go in there and get my kitty cat fix!

The folks are nice. The birds like the food. I like the cat.
