I have been shopping at WBU for almost 20 years. I have continued to enjoy the atmosphere, quality of products/food and staff. All the stores I have visited (both in Asheville, NC and Santa Fe, NM) have maintained your high standards.

Enjoyable visit as always. The customer service person, Leslie, was excellent. Greeted me as I walked into the store with a bright smile and asked if I would like to see new products in the store. Was very knowledgeable about every item. It is the quality of your product and people like Leslie that keeps me returning to Wild Birds Unlimited.

The people in this store are always very helpful to me. I also can find exactly what I want. I love the high quality of all the bird feeders and supplies and appreciate they will replace or fix merchandise if necessary.

Friendly service. Knowledgeable people. Love the cat. Renewed membership and got free meal worms. Bought a door feeder for the meal worms. They are fixing my feeder for a donation. Nice place, nice folks.

Leslie was friendly and helped us choose our products. She offered additional products, which we didn't come in for, but ended up buying because of her enthusiasm for the new hot pepper sunflower seeds. We have squirrel problems, so I look forward to them NOT enjoying this.
