Staff was very helpful as always. The bird seed is fresh and the birds in my yard love it. It’s very easy to go find what I need and purchase it without much delay.

I was looking for a new feeder and the sales associate listened to my needs, as well as where I want to place the feeder...showed me the sale items and the new items, and then let me make my decision based on everything I'd been shown.

When ever I go to pick-up seed someone always helps me. Often I ask questions of the staff and they have a lot of bird knowledge and always willing to share with me

I visited the store to renew my annual membership. Steven promptly took care of my renewal and I got to meet the resident rescue kitty who’s a sweetie pie that loves belly rubs!

They helped me identify what I was interested in. They helped me identify the products that might meet my need. They helped me select among these products to choose the one that best meet my need.

I have always had a pleasant experience at what I call "The bird store". The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help when I have question about products or squirrel prevention :)

Wild Birds Unlimited in Asheville NC is the only place I shop for all my feeders and seed. They have everything and employ the nicest and most knowledgeable people. It is a pleasure to shop there.

All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had quite a squirrel problem and they have "solved" it.

Heidi and her husband (owners), are exceptional !! Their staff that particular day, Casey (Manager), and Leslie (my cashier & recommended shopper), were just amazing. NEVER have we had a bad experience. ALWAYS exceptional service, and high quality products. And they stand by their Lifetime "WBU Brand", because we've had to use it before. Very simple process ! You guys ROCK and we will always be faithful customers, and support our local WBU business !!!!!!!!
