I know the quality of your seed is very good, but I need to buy when there is a sale, and there are few sales now. I did finally buy a membership, but it was a hardship. Overall I love your store for the quality of all the merchandise and the fact that you stand behind your products. I really appreciate that my tube feeder was able to be repaired more than once.

I was wanting to return/exchange an item I bought at the Merrimon Ave. store. One employee said I could do that, the other said I could not. There was also some confusion regarding my membership. I recently renewed at the Merrimon Ave. store, and was surprised to find out that it was not valid at your store. I expected that a membership to a store with two different locations would be valid at both stores.
