The employee was not as friendly as I have become accustomed to at this store. I can't say he was unfriendly, but he was not friendly either. It wasn't up to my normal WBU experience.

I accidentally hit not satisfied with 're the merchandise. That is wrong! I like what I get and only shop there! I did have a hard time finding out the hours you were open for curb side pickup.

Price of goods purchased. Although I appreciate lifetime warranty of bluebird feeder, it was 4 times more expensive than a similar product at Lowe's. The mealworms were almost $4 more than the same volume at Lowe's. Although I was replacing a broken feeder, it has lasted 8 years. However, the sales person who assisted me was not high pressure, was congenial and knowledgeable and able to answer my questions which I appreciated.
