The saleswoman said it was not a heated bird bath but in fact it is. You don’t appear to offer a non heated one per your website

Bird seed product was supposed to prevent squirrels. It does not work. Purchased another bag of seed for another experiment.

I am not a high rater for most things. Everything was fine

I am always very satisfied with the quality of the products and the assistance available. I know I am getting top quality stuff, but it is quite expensive.

I can generally get what I need. I can get in and out easily. If you don't have what I need, I can generally get an idea of another work-around.

I am a member at both the South Asheville and Hendersonville stores. The Asheville store is about 16% more expensive than Hendersonville store. I live in Fletcher which is between both stores and usually shop at the store I am closest to in my errands. I now make it a point to shop at only JHendersonville.

The price was high compared to others.

the sales person did not answer the questions i needed answered. also felt pushed to purchase the highest priced items even after informing him i was on a budget in life. actually had to say this is $300 just to get started before even adding in food and squirrel covers, this is beyond outside my budget that i already told you was limited. felt like if i wasnt there to spend a few hundred then being there was pointless to him.
