Walked into store to purchase a gift. Was looking for a squirrel proof feeder . The one I picked the sales clerk said the one on display was all you had so I took down and picked up box off floor and carried to the counter. Clerk did not offer to put in box until she noticed that I was getting frustrated. So bottom line I come into store made purchase of $75.00 and have to put in box myself? Clerk was not friendly at all. I had someone with me who mentioned to me that she definitely acted as though she did not want to be there. I normally do not say anything, but of all the times I have been to your store this was a first but sure got my attention.....

No one answered the phone for curbside delivery, even after two calls so finally had to go inside to get order. Clerk said she was busy taking an order. Defeated the purpose of curbside pickup. We love the products, though.

Seeking bird feeder cage to keep squirrels out, let bluebirds in. The 1 1/2" cage mesh too small for bluebirds, they cannot get in. Previous purchased 2" cage mesh lets squirrels in. My bluebird houses have 1 3/4 diameter opening. Need feeder cage with 1 3/4"mesh.

Following my purchase I was told my membership had previously expired - therefore I did not get points for the purchase I made that day. There was no apology or offer to make it right. He asked me AFTER the purchase if I wanted to renew my membership. However I was told I still would not get points for the purchase I had just made. It was as if he didn’t care that he failed to ask me about renewing my membership BEFORE my purchase which would have assured I would have accumulated my points. I was not at all happy when I left the store and I’m not sure I will ever renew my membership at this location- or any location! Not good customer service!!

I have been a customer at this location since it’s opening on Hendersonville road and through the move. So I consider myself a faithful patron. I had pitch many coupons fot years when I couldn’t make it by the expiration until several visits ago I called because I was going to be unable to make it and I was going to pay by credit card and pick up later. I was then told that you would honor them slightly after due dates. So when I come in a week late with my coupon the young man said it was expired. I tried to explain and there was no further conversation. He ck’d me out and didn’t even offer to carry my two large and heavy items out. I have been faithful to your store for many years and even send many people to you. I guess I expected a better customer service than was presented. 🤭

The salesperson ( younger male ) was not particularly friendly or helpful, which was not what I'm accustomed to. I had a $20 credit on my club membership, and I had to ask him to apply it to my purchase. His original offer was to give me a coupon for my next purchase. Then when I asked to apply it to my purchase he said matter of factly, " yeah, I guess we could do that". I felt like I was putting him out by my request. I've been to this store many times and spent quite a lot of money. This was the first time I didn't feel very welcome or even just a customer.

Expensive feed (45$) that is NO better than seed from Sam’s. Sales person said it was beyond amazing

The bird feeder broke when the first squirrel jumped on it on day two. I called today to return it and basically told that you do not back your products and that I would have to call the manufacturer for replacement parts. I don't think a squirrels weight should bend the platform, so I am very dissatisfied in the quality of this $40 window-mount feeder that didn't endure the weight of the first squirrel. But I'm even more dissatisfied with the lack of customer service within the first few days after purchase. I'm posting this here first to give you a chance to remedy this (on the off-chance that the clerk didn't know what she was talking about).

The quality of the seed products have gone down in recent years, possibly due to increased cost of manufacturing. Namely, more cheap fillers by volume. Also, very small, "powdery" bits of food that clog up the bottom of my feeders. My birds and forest critters are still quite happy with what I put out for them from WBU.
