Wild Birds Unlimited

I brought in a bird feeder that needed repairs. While I waited, I was impressed with the layout of the store. I was very satisfied with the repaired bird feeder. I left feeling that this was the place to come to for my questions and/or needs concerning anything about birds. Last but not least, the owner was patient and most welcoming with my concerns.

personnel was extremely helpful. even told me about the Merlin app that I love, along with numerous suggestions of store merchandise!!

I just love the staff at the Galleria store. They’re always so friendly, the remember me and the seed I buy. We can chat about wildlife or anything else. It’s always very enjoyable, and educational!

Ailsa helped me with my problem of mockingbirds scaring away the birds. She made me aware of the sale on bluebird feeder/seed and suggested I place it in a different location. This has worked. The bluebirds are now able to come to that feeder!

It is a well stocked store. I can always find what I need.

Because the people who work there are always pleasant and very helpful. Since I was on a walker due to recent surgery, they retrieved from the shelves the items I needed, took them to the checkout counter, and after I had paid for them, they helped my brother carry all my purchases out to my car and put them in the trunk. Then they said they hoped I would be well soon and they looked forward to seeing me again on my next visit to the store. Wild Birds Unlimited is one of my favorite stores. I always feel so welcome there. I always look forward to seeing them when I come into the store. They are some of the nicest people I know. 🙂
