The staff are always a delight to work with. They have answers to every question even if its not just about the products. They seem to be knowledgeable about every aspect of birds and the other critters that share the bird's food. They know about Mason bees and bird houses and feeders and nesting patterns and flight schedules of migrating birds. They have referred me to other stores when they are out of Praying Mantises. They have helped me design feeding stations. And they are always friendly and helpful offering to carry my purchases out. A really GREAT team of workers
