Because of the reasons I answered in the survey. I don’t live in Gainesville, so I don’t get there often. My birthday is at the end of April and I was there the First week of May. They gave me my free birdseed. I wasn’t expecting that at all & didn’t ask about it. They didn’t have to do that, but did on their own accord. So very kind and such a nice surprise.

The staff was helpful and gave us a lot of information on how to keep the squirrels and racoons away from our birdfeeder. So far their advise has been working well.

Coming into your store is so pleasant and informative. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There’s always so much to see and the merchandise is so beautifully displayed - that’s a joy and calming feeling as well!
