I appreciate my free birthday bird seed. Unfortunately we do no longer drive, and have no car, so a family member picked up the seed. At the Village I encourage friends to go to Wild Birds and am sorry I could not be there in person. With the virus we are encouraged to stay close, to limit guests, and only those who have been vaccinated, and also are not able to have guests eat meals with us. I hope to be able to come to the store in the near future, and hope to see Bubba and Ingrid....I appreciate their friendship and hello to them and to the staff.

Good condition of items and timely delivery.

I've always been satisfied with how the friendly people at WBU treat customers, answer sometimes dumb questions cheerfully, help me find anything I need and have me leaving the store a happy customer. There's advice on products and peculiar bird-related problems, plus time to share stories and photos and smiles (masks non-withstanding). Not many places offer excellent customer service with such friendliness!
