Ingrid in the Gainesville store was incredibly helpful, understanding the parts of the feeder I was talking about even as I was searching for an explanation. She was helpful and forthcoming with solutions, offering to call me back when she had an answer to a particular problem. She did call back!!! Many thanks to her for great assistance.

I had a very helpful discussion with a staff member regarding ways to combat the squirrels who finally figured out how to beat my "squirrel-proof" feeders.

I have used them for years. They can look up what I bought before and help me make choices to go with what I bought. I can ask questions about birds and food and they are very knowledgeable. They care about my students and make sure my feeders at school are successful so that we start the next generation of bird watchers.
