I am a regular customer. The staff is friendly, and helpful. There is nothing to complain about.

The staff gave their usual friendly greeting when I entered. I knew what I wanted, and the items were right where they were supposed to be. Checked out. Salesperson told me I had a $10 coupon and asked if I wanted to apply it to purchase. I did, so she did. And that was it.

there are always several staff on the floor always helpful. they always take heavy bags to my car .

Bubba and staff always greet me, find what I need and check me out quickly. All are experienced bird lovers and knowledgeable in their products.
