The people are always very friendly and helpful and go teh entra mile to ensure that I get what I need.

The product I wanted was in stock. The assistant was knowledgeable about a bird I hadn't ever seen in my yard - a summer Tanager. She pulled up info on the bird on the tv.

The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions and helped with recommendations for the gifts I was selecting. I was also looking for bird feed for my feeders and she made great recommendations based on specific needs

Convenient and its a one shop store for bird food

everyone is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. they do not mind answering questions about bird sightings and identification. probably a good thing store is not closer to my house - would be in there more often!
