As usual, I received great service from understanding and happy people. Everything I wanted was in stock and I was even offered a free gift.

I found what I was after and check out was fine.

There is always something unique and fun. The staff are always helpful and pleasant!

We enjoy shopping at WBU. It’s a great place to get quality bird food. We do find that the no waste food is worth purchasing. We also purchase bags of millet at Walmart when we can find it. I will say that the price of other items is way too high. I can get similar items for way less, which is what we have done and will continue to do. I feel bad saying that, but it’s true. You have so many lovely items in the store -I’ve purchased small $5 gifts, 2 bird houses, and 2 glass hanging dried worm feeders. The glass feeders were more than I wanted to pay, but it’s hard to find them elsewhere.

Everyone is so friendly. The selection of merchandise is great.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The store is spotless, neatly arranged and has interesting displays. If the staff don't know the answer they will do their best to find out.
