Heather was very helpful and reviewed the order to make sure it was accurate. The feeder and four kinds of bird feed I ordered were in stock. Delivered to my home that day. Bubba and Ingrid have a welcoming store experience and helpful staff.

I bought a beautiful but expensive wind chime and was allowed to pay it off over a couple of months. It was my New Year’s gift to our home.

I love this store, it is always clean, they have beautiful items and gift ideas. The staff is always helpful and friendly; they go out of the way to make choosing the seed and accessories that will attract a variety of wildlife and keep them safe.

Bubba and the staff at WBU are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to educate the bird watching public. They have such a variety of lovely gifts aside from birdseed and feeders. I usually do 60% of my Christmas shopping there, unfortunately Covid-19 made that difficult this year. Next year I plan to resume my instore shopping! In the meantime I will continue to use curbside pickup to keep my birds fed and my soul nourished by observing them. Thank you Wild Birds!
