Ordering online was easy and in store pick up was quick and easy Staff in store are friendly

good product but delivery cost was insane- $17 to send a bag of seed? ouch

I do not think I got my percent off. I waited for the time I irder to use coupon but could not see any way to get it.

Staff is always helpful without making you feel rushed. Knowledgeable about products and make helpful suggestions.

I was greeted by name outside the store by the store's owner. Inside I interacted with several of his staff members who were helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere is positive and fun.

Bubba and all of his staff are excellent, provide great advice, listen to issues, and make great selections for me. Their merchandise and selection is excellent, and I have bought binoculars there, bird feeders, seed cake, seed, and gifts too, even soap!

I came in for gift certificates and unexpectedly found a flamingo puzzle. Gift certificates are easy to mail for family out of state. The store always items not available elsewhere, making it fun to shop.
