Online ordering has been smooth and easy since COVID makes it harder to get out.

On this particular trip I particularly enjoyed seeing the screech owls and learning about them.

Staff offered to help immediately. When we needed help, the advice was helpful. Checkout was a bit complicated (coupons used, etc) but all was navigated cheerfully and quickly.

Embarrassingly, I had not noted that my car clock was not set back to fall time zone. I left the Farmers Market thinking it was 10:30, but it was only 9:30. Staff saw my predicament, let me in and allowed my purchase. It was a good thing for social distancing on a busy weekend, but still was above and beyond expectations! Many thanks!

Always my go-to shop for unique gifts, but also important, and much appreciated, is that the seed is always fresh, not full of larvae or beetles.

I had a problem with a birdfeeder could not get it back together it was the eliminator. I was greeted with zest! And they took my feeder put it back together and asked me to come back again when I needed, They said they were there to help me.
